One subscription covers one council — every officer and councillor at your authority. Priced by the population you serve (published ONS mid-year estimates), so any council can check its own band. All prices per year, excluding VAT.

Pioneer Council rate. The first ten subscribing councils receive 40% off their first year, and keep 20% off list price for as long as they stay subscribed — after a free eight-week pilot. Ask about the pilot.

Billing

Annual invoice (purchase order and BACS — no cards, no monthly invoices). First invoices are pro-rated to 31 March so every renewal aligns with your financial year: invoice now against this year's budget, or start on 1 April from next year's — your choice. First-year subscriptions carry a first-quarter exit clause: cancel within the first three months and pay only for that quarter.
